Salma Prabhu, is a registered rehabilitation Counselor, Clinical psychologist and therapist. She is renowned in the field of Counseling related to Career, Personal Counseling and Family issues.

As one of the founder panel members she has helped set up the first PGDM program in Guidance and Counseling at SIES College, Mumbai. Presently she is associated with the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai for their ‘M.A in Counseling Program’.

Her regular columns with newspapers like the DNA and her interactive counseling programs on the television channel SAAM have impacted audiences across the social strata.

Rajesh Prabhu is a Mechanical Engineer by qualification graduated in 1981. He started his career with Larsen & Toubro Ltd. During his 14 years association with industry he has been associated with companies like -Tuflin (I) Ltd. (Indian Collaboration of Xomox,USA), Jayems Engineering Company and Technical Parts Co, Abu Dhabi.

Since 1995, Mr Prabhu has been a consultant in the field of Organizational Restructuring, Supply Chain Management, Competency Mapping vis-à-vis Performance Appraisals. He is a member of IHEF (Indian Higher Education Forum) and also associated with SIESCOM, WE School(S.P. Mandalik’s). He is also a certified MBTI practitioner

Mrs. Padma Nayak graduated from Hotel Management and Catering Institute, Mumbai in 1975. She has worked with the Indian Hotel Group of Companies for 15 years.

Currently, she is provides Facility Management Services to leading Banks like ICICI, HDFC and other MNC’s through her proprietary company.

Mr. B N Nayak is B.E.(Hons.) in Electronics from BITS, Pilani, 1972 batch. He joined Bhaba Atomic Research Centre (BARC), Trombay’s training school. After successfully completing training school, he joined BARC’s Computing facility. In 1978 he left BARC to join private computer industry.

In 1986 he promoted Geonics ( India) Pvt. Ltd. Currently, he is the Managing Director of Fugro Survey (India) Pvt. Ltd. which is a J.V. between Fugro N.V. and Geonics India. During his tenure as MD, he has completed numerous prestigious survey projects in oil & gas sector
